PLAYING TO BE PHOTOGRAPHERS
5th graders became photographers for a day imitating Chema Mazo's artworks. This Spanish artist is a photographer who plays with images creating new meanings from them.

November 25th: All against violence
Last November 25th our 5th graders designed different posters as a way to condemn the violence against women. They had worked previously with some of the most famous posters but this was the first time they designed them in a digital version.

Guiseppe Arcimboldo was an Italian painter best konw for creating imaginative portrait heads made entirely of such objects as fruits,vegetables,flowers , fish,books...our third and fifth grade students have learned and made their own "Archimboldo" using the collague technique.
